I disagree with this topic. Having a good university degree does not guarantee a good job because people need to have more experience and going to university just helps them to have knowledge not experience.

As far as I am concerned, university degree helps people to have more choice to find a good job. However, there are many graduate students who cannot find a job in their profession because they don't have enough experience. For example, my daughter graduated from university with bachelor's degree but she gets paid hourly and it is not much because she didn't find a job in her profession.

In Canada, I think, students need to do volunteering job to learn more about profession and then get experience. Canada invites students to volunteer. Volunteering jobs are very good for their resumes.
