Chicken with Bitter melon

                     This recipe is my one of favorite . It's made with chicken and bitter melon. Bitter melon is full of source of vitamin C. It's also great for skin and bones. Chicken builds muscle and strong bones. 
 Cooking Tools: 
- One large size pot for cooking the chicken. 
  
- One medium size pan for frying the bitter melon. 
 
- Knives to cut the bitter melon and tomato.
 
 Ingredients: 
- One cup of oil Three onions Two tomatoes
  
- 1 tablespoon ginger& garlic paste 
 
- Salt to taste
 
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 
 
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  
- 3 tablespoon yogurt 
 
- Green chillies 1 kg chicken 
 
- Half kg bitter melon 
 
Cooking Preparations:  
- Wash and slice the bitter melon. 
- Soak the slices in salted & turmeric water for about 15 minutes. 
- Then rinse and drain the bitter melon. 
- Wash the chicken and cut in small pieces.
- Cut the onions & green chillies and tomatoes. 
 Cooking Instructions:   
- In a frying pan pour oil and when oil is hot add the bitter melon slices and sliced onions.
  
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until the bitter melon is tender.
 
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pot. When oil is hot add onions. Fry until golden brown. 
 
- Add chicken and fry until brown. This time add ginger& garlic paste ,salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder and add water. Then add tomatoes and yogurt. When all the things are fry chicken cooked. 
 
- Lastly , add the fried bitter melon to the chicken. Cook 5 minutes.
 
Serve hot with steamed rice and chapati.
