The importance of community

I live in Toronto near an Iranian community. I think community is very important for newcomers. For example, I moved to Canada 17 months ago. The community could help me to find a rental apartment, find a job, and become familiar with rules and regulations in Canada.
I firmly believe that the community can help newcomers to find an English class and improve in the English language soon.
