Crepes with bananas and cream on white background (banana)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups milk or mineral water
  • 1 small package vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 25 ml of vegetable oil

Directions

  • Blend the flour, sugar and the eggs in a bowl with electric mixer. Gradually add the milk or the mineral water, stirring constantly.
  • Add a pinch of salt and stir until it has the consistency of thin sour cream.
  • Heat a small frying pan and brush it with oil. Pour the mixture into the pan with a ladle,
  • moving in a circular pattern, so as to cover the entire bottom with a layer as evenly thin and uniform
  • Each pancake must be cooked about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot or cold as desired.

The pancakes can be served with:

  • Chocolate or vanilla ice cream
  • Banana and condensed milk
  • Jam or honey
  • Cottage cheese with raisins
  • Lemon and sugar
