Celebration

In the past three and a half years of living in Canada, I have seen new festivals and events.

Every festival and event has its own variety of customs. But Thanksgiving is one of the best event that touch my heart.

In the winter of 2022, I saw an old woman carrying a bag of food. I told my brother, is today a special day My brother said yes, it is. Today is Thanksgiving, and people celebrate it for the things they have.

I was very impressed, because this event is about Thanksgiving for what we have, and it is very important that we should be grateful that God has given us many things.

Last Thanksgiving was very special for me, because I got a gift for the first time; my kind and lovely English teacher sent a gift on Thanksgiving weekend. After I got the gift, I realized why Thanksgiving is so important, and it touched my heart!
