Hands of mother and daughter holding each other

The most special person in my life is my mother. She was a single mother who had to work very hard for her twin daughters. She had two jobs and finished her studies as a nurse when I was six years old.

Things in life have separated us, but I always talk to her. She is always giving me advice and love even though we are far away. I always want to be like her and when I feel tired of work and tired of the things around my baby and the house, I think of my mother. If she could do it, only with the help of God, I can also do it. She is an example to follow.

Now she is sick with cancer, but she is very strong and I hope to be able to be together again very soon. Nothing will defeat us, not the cancer nor thousands of miles that separate us now. We may be apart in distance, but not in our hearts.
