Egg Baked in Avocado with Salt and Pepper

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Middle-sized  avocado
  • 2 Strips of bacon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper

How to make it:

First, put some water in the pan. Then, boil the water. After that, break an egg into a sandwich bag, and put it into boiling water for 5 minutes. Next, cut an avocado in half and remove the stone. After that, take a little bit of the avocado pulp out and remove the avocado from the peel. Next, take the egg pashot out of the bag, put some salt and pepper, and then put it into the avocado and, finally cover the egg pashot with the other half of the avocado.  Following that, cover the avocado with two bacon strips and stick a toothpick to secure the bacon strips. Finally, put the avocado either into the oven for 15-20 minutes or in the pan for 5-7 minutes.
