You will need:

  • top  sirloin cap
  • marinade with it
  • 1 lemon (freshly  squeezed)
  • 1 diced garlic
  • 1  orange (freshly squeezed)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 diced jalapeño
  • 1 cup white vinegar

 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then put the meat (top sirloin cap) into the marinade.

Keep for two hours in the fridge.

After  two hours the meat will be ready to BBQ.
