Photo Credit: mariakomar / 123RF Stock Photo Article ID: 922 [Recipes- Summer 2018] Ingredients Cottage cheese - 1 kg Sugar - 1 cup Eggs - 4 Vanilla powder - 1 tbsp Corn starch - 2 tbsp Semolina - ½ cup Baking flour - ½ cup Raisins - 100 gms. Method of Preparation First put the eggs in a large bowl. In the separate bowl mix baking flour, corn starch, semolina and vanilla powder. Beat eggs with sugar using mixer until volume increases at least double. Next, add powder mixture and beat for 5 minutes. Then, add cottage cheese by portions in three iterations. Finally, add the raisins and mix with a spoon. Now, the dough is ready for baking. Preheat the oven to 375 C. Cover baking form with baking paper and put the dough into it. Bake for 75-85 minutes until light brown.
