Next, season chicken with salt, pepper, and mustard. Then place the eggs in a bowl and whisk them; after that spread the whisked eggs over the chicken. Next cover chicken with flour. Now you can heat oil in a pan until it stars making air bubbles on the surface and fry the chicken till it shows a golden color. Finally, place the chicken on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
