Close up of fried chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Boneless chicken breast
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 Spoon of Mustard

Preparation:

  1. First of all cut chicken breast in to fillets.
  2. Next, season chicken with salt, pepper, and mustard.
  3. Then place the eggs in a bowl and whisk them; after that spread the whisked eggs over the chicken.
  4. Next cover chicken with flour.
  5. Now you can heat oil in a pan until it stars making air bubbles on the surface and fry the chicken till it shows a golden color.
  6. Finally, place the chicken on paper towels to absorb extra oil.
