Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 3 black peppers
  • 1/2 pound cabbage
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 head garlic

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil in a pot.
  2. Add beef, onion and black peppers.
  3. Cut the cabbage into little pieces.
  4. Cook cabbage and carrots on a fry pan then mix them with tomatoes. Add some water and simmer the mixture for 2 minutes.
  5. Boil everything together in the pot for 45 hours at medium heat.
  6. Add sugar, garlic and garnish with chopped parsley.

Then again put the mixture in a bowl. Your light summer soup is now ready!
