Health

Having good health is a bridge to many benefits in life. People are now becoming more concerned about maintaining their health by watching what they eat, scheduling exercise hours or meditating to relax and get away from stress. I strongly believe that having good health is fundamental to happiness.

Many developed countries have done research on countries that are still developing in terms of how they live, what they eat, and their daily lifestyles. The reason these poor nations have higher statistics of longer living is that they have less tension than people living in the western world. Also, advanced medicine is a last resort for curing sickness for them. For example, Japan and Bhutan choose to maintain good, long, healthy lives by living close to nature, eating clean food and attending outdoor activities to cure their sickness instead.

In modern society, people are so busy working that the advancement of technology and eating fast food and ready-made packaged meals makes their lives easier. Therefore, the number of sick people increases rapidly in a short period of time because outdoor activities and exercise are cut out from their daily schedules. Moreover, these lifestyles have led to symptoms of depression and sometimes committing suicide as a result.

In conclusion, being concerned with having good health should be a priority for everyone. Many good opportunities will come when we are healthy and happy.
