Hummus with garnish in black bowl

Ingredients:

  • 500 g canned chickpeas
  • 1\2 cup of lemon juice
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 2 tsp of Greek yogurt
  • A pinch of salt

Heat the chickpeas with 4 cups of water for 15 minutes.

When the water gets cooler, put the chickpeas in a processor and add the rest of the ingredients. Then, mix all the ingredients together.

Put the mixture in a bowl and add olive oil.

Now, it’s ready to eat!
