This was our first road trip to Vancouver. We left on the 5th of August at 4:30 in the morning and it was a drive of 12 hours. We enjoyed it a lot while travelling through beautiful the scenery and the views were really amazing. We travelled through the Rockies. On one side there was a river and on the other mountains. We stopped at some places along the way and we reached our friends’ house in the evening. On the second day we went to the Vancouver Aquarium and saw a lot of different types of fish. Our children were excited and happy to learn new things there. We also went to a big mall in Vancouver and did some back-to-school shopping. The following day we went bowling and the kids also played soccer outside while we spoke with our friends remembering the past. The following day we went to Victoria by ferry which was an hour and a half long ride. When we got there, first we went to Sidney and then to Victoria to enjoy the city. On the last day we went to Cultus Lake which was a lot of fun. They have a waterpark and an amusement center there, too. We swam in the lake and played on the beach and after that we went to see Bridal Falls in the Frasar Valley. The nature is stunning there and I recommend everybody to see them if in the area. The last day we left early in the morning and came home. This was a really exciting trip with family and friends.
