Driving

The chaos of the Indian capital - the city of Delhi

I am writing about my driving experience in Canada. First, I would like to tell you that I never drove a car before I came to Canada. Due to the Canadian weather and distance between two places, it is necessary to have a car in Canada.

There is very good weather in my home country so most people drive motorbikes. There are many differences between driving in Canada and in my home country. I am unhappy to say that people do not follow the traffic rules in my home country. Sometime chain snatching happens in the road, so it is unsafe for others. If you are unfamiliar with chain snatching, it is when people try to stop you on your bike or while you’re walk and grab the jewellery you’re wearing off of you. Also, it’s scary to drive in my home country because people don’t observe their lanes and zig zag through traffic, while pedestrians cross whenever they like!

Recently, I started learning how to drive in Canada. There are a lot of rules that I have to remember. However, I enjoy driving in Canada because it is safe and easy. The only difficult part is actually getting your licence!
