Young adult woman wear nightgown raising arms waking up happy concept in early good morning sitting

First of all, you need to have a good and comfortable bed - a mattress and pillows. It should provide comfort and convenience. I know this from my own experience. Then, I remember my grandmother recommended us to have a glass of warm milk with a tablespoon of honey before going to bed. I hope this works as I never checked because I don't like milk. Another grandmother's advice is to make chamomile tea and drink it half an hour before bedtime. I usually drink this tea after a hard day. I don't remember who I got the next advice from, but I checked it and it works one hundred per cent: lavender scents. The pleasant aroma of lavender calms the nervous system and relieves nervous tension. For a good night's sleep, you can prepare a bath with lavender flowers or hang a bunch of dried lavender in the bedroom by the bed. Also, you can buy lavender essential oil and use it for massage, or you can light a candle with the scent of lavender in the bedroom before bed while reading your favorite book.
