Family holding piggybank in hands. Investment concept

To prepare my children for their financial futures I want to teach them the importance of saving and managing your money, and being consistent with it. I want them to learn how to save their money. Counting the amount of money they’ve used is also a crucial skill. In addition, I want them to learn how to build a good credit score, and also manage their money by trying not to spend it on unnecessary things. Most of all, I would like them to have peace of mind about their money. By the time they are adults, they will have been paying off their debts, or finished paying them off. They could also have amassed enough money to have the potential to make bigger investments like starting their own business. Also, I want them to have enough money to pay for living expenses and also have fun, with things like vacations and going out with friends. I do not want them to bleed their money dry. I want them to work hard for their money, so they know how important it is to manage their money. To help them achieve these, I can help them by starting to save money in small amounts, or to teach them how to count their daily expenses. I would like for these possibilities to be feasible when the time they are adults rolls around. I think trying one’s hand at teaching my children and throwing light on these skills will help them a lot in the future.
