Housing

houses in Japan

I have moved a lot to Japan and Canada. The big difference is that in Japan when looking for an apartment or house, we consult a real estate agent to find an apartment or house.

At that time, there were no people living in the apartment or house, and after the people who lived there went out and cleaned the inside of the apartment, new people came to see the inside. In Canada, when I lived in an apartment or home, I was very surprised that the next person would come to see an apartment or a house.

And in Canada, they can find many apartments online, such as on Kijiji and Facebook. Currently, I don't know how it is changing in Corona.

If you buy a second-hand house in Japan, the price is very cheap. My father built a house twice. In Japan, it is very difficult to live in the same house for a long time due to disasters such as earthquakes, etc. In Canada, I was surprised to find that a 100-year-old home, such as a brick home, can be remodeled and sold at a high price.
