Self-Improvement

businessman jump across challenge with increasing graph

A challenge makes us healthier psychologically and physically. There are three typical reasons. First, when people have a specific goal in their life, their daily routine becomes more active because they spend more time to do exercise or have healthier food and because physical strength can help them to achieve their goal. Second, if people do not challenge their mind, it could affect their mind to become passive and have negative emotions, such as lethargy or depression. According to some interviews with successful people, they always try to challenge themselves. Moreover, they start to change their habits, such as waking up early in the morning or exercising every day for at least 30 minute, and rest or refresh their mind. As we see from these kinds of stories, challenging brings good results to people's mental and physical health.
