Cuetzalan, Magic town in Puebla Mexico

Mexico is a big country where all visitors can find everything they want for enjoyment like mountains, lakes for fishing, diving, beaches, bike trails and even snow in some parts of Mexico. I do not know all of Mexico, only some states because it is made up of 13 states and one federal district. The fact that my country is great does not prevent all its people from being cordial, friendly and attentive. Besides that, you can enjoy its unique gastronomy from anywhere you are from in the world. Mexico in the spring is dressed with flowers of different colors and in no matter what city, the trees bloom, the birds sing at 6 a.m. and you can feel the dew of the morning. In the winter you can smell the delightful food that is sold on the streets. In the mornings, there is the rich smell of the tamales accompanied by its atole and in the afternoons the air is full of the smell of the meat for the tacos that at night will be served with its rich spicy sauce.

In my mind there are many beautiful places that fill me with memories, but there is one called Cuetzalan Puebla. This is special to me because it was where we spent our honeymoon. It is a village far from the city, lost in the immensity of the mountains, you can see the whole forest and the immensity can be seen as the green of the forest meets the blue of the sky. We rented a cabin near the town. I remember feeling cold to the bone. We visited the wonderful caves for which the town is famous. Being far from civilization and not having adequate transportation, it was difficult to get there but we managed it. In the caves you can see the moisture that is visible on the walls that seem to be a mirror, the hanging stalactites waiting to grow with the passage of the erosion of the earth, and the steep hills where you have to be careful or fall .At the end of the cave is a shadow in the shape of a giant elephant and that is why it is called the elephant cave.

I can write more about Cuetzalan, but I would never finish so I better recommend to people to enjoy the magical town of Cuetzalan as it is called.
