The towers of downtown toronto, canada, seen from just above yonge street.

On April 25th, I had an appointment at the Argentinian Consulate in Toronto. I decided to go on Sunday 24th, to spend the day with my daughter and visit the CN Tower.

On the first day in Toronto, we arrived at the motel. We checked in and put everything in the room. We went to take a bus; but because we had no idea, we almost took the opposite bus. We decided to walk and when we were tired, we took the bus on the right side. When I tried to pay the machine outside in the bus stop and couldn’t, I asked the bus driver and she told me I could pay when I arrived. That day, we got to the motel at 10:30 pm.

The next day, my appointment was at 10 am, so we left the motel at 8:00 am. We arrived in at the Consulate at 9:00 am, so we went to a bakery close by called “Bake Code”. I recommend it; it is so good. When we finished there, we went to the CN Tower. First, we needed to take a subway and after walk, but we did not what happened in the middle. Everybody got out in a chaos. We did not understand anything, but we were very lucky girls: the subway worker spoke Spanish.

We arrived at the CN Tower at 2:30pm. After enjoying that, we went to Chinatown, but it started to rain and we got wet, so we went to back to the motel. We returned at 8:00 pm. I took a shower because I was cold, and Luna watched TV. In the end, we slept very well.

On the last day we woke up 8:00, but all businesses were not open until 10 am. We checked out 11 am and we went to different stores. We went to “El Gaucho” where they have Argentinian food, and we went to Igloo Food Equipment.

I enjoyed every moment with my daughter. She paid attention everywhere we went, and she studied the map, so she could find the right way. I am very proud of her.

Now, she is my official travel partner.
