Murgh makhani / butter chicken tikka masala served with roti / paratha and plain rice along with oni

I would like to share the recipe of Chicken Quorma that my children love. It is very easy to make and tastes very good. So here it is:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 medium-size chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste 
  • 1/2 pack National Quorma Masala ( It is available at many Canadian grocery stores and  Indian grocery stores).

Method:

Put oil in a pan add onion in hot oil. When they become golden brown then take out the onions from the pan. In the same oil, add chicken, garlic and ginger paste. Fry it until it's light brown. Add onions fried at the beginning, and add tomato paste and National Quorma masala. Mix well and add one cup of water. Cook it on low flame for about 20 minutes or until done.

Delicious chicken quorma is ready to eat.
