Morphet is a small community in southern Ontario. From Markham, it is a three-hour road trip.

In the community, there is a traditional and well-known church that was bought by one of the locals. The basement of the church was remodeled and conditioned to receive people who come to visit. The second floor is used for small events. This basement is a cozy and very nice place. In addition, visitors can enjoy the backyard to campfire and play.

From where the lodging is located, you can access different tourist sites, here are some that you can visit. 15 minutes away from Morphet you can enjoy of Rondeau Provincial Park that is the second oldest park in Ontario. This park has 8 km of hectares in which you can enjoy the beach, different trails to walk, fishing, camping, bicycling, boating, rock climbing etc. Also within the park, some people own beautiful and cozy cabins.

Also 20 minutes away is Greenview Aviaries Park & Zoo. This place is perfect to spend the day. It has a great variety of both domestic and wild animals. It has a water park for children. On the large green areas, visitors are authorized to BBQ. There are different playgrounds for children. Also, you can find a restaurant that offers fast food and Ice-cream.

There are other places to visit such as the museum house, blueberry fields, spa, golf club, restaurants, among others, but we only visited the previous two.
