Yield: 55 biscuits.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of anise
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 3 cups of flour
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix the wet ingredients together, and slowly add flour and other dry ingredients with a mixer inside a bowl for 3-5 minutes.

Step 2: Spread the dough into a large baking tray.

Step 3: Place the baking tray into the oven for 25 minutes at 180°.

Step 4: Take it out and cut it into small, long rectangles and flip them over.

Step 5: Bake both sides until golden brown.
