Here is some vocabulary from this edition. Do you know what the words mean?

aromatic
having a strong pleasant smell

astrologist
a person who uses astrology to tell others about their character or to predict their future

chuckwagon
a vehicle that carries food for a group of people

coexist
two different things exist at the same time or in the same place

conducive
making a certain situation or outcome likely or possible

crucial
something that is extremely important, because everything else depends on it

derby
a particular type of race or competition

enthusiastic
feeling or showing a lot of interest and excitement about something

err
to make a mistake

extravaganza
a very large and expensive entertainment

faze
makes you feel confused or shocked, so that you do not know what to do

finicky
too concerned with unimportant details and small things that you like or dislike

mischievous
someone who likes to have fun, especially by playing tricks on people or doing things to annoy or embarrass them

Perestroika
the time describing social, political, and economic changes that happened in the former USSR in the 1980s

perk
something that you get legally from your work in addition to your wages, such as goods, meals, or a car

photogenic
always looking attractive in photographs

picky
someone who only likes particular things and not others, and so is not easy to please

scarcity
a situation in which there is not enough of something

soloist
someone who performs alone

therapeutic
relating to the treatment or cure of an illness

troupe
a group of singers, actors, dancers etc who work together
